Q: Why the Tassotti paper is multi-use?
A: Tassotti
papers have always been recognised around the world and by specialists as the most suitable for multiple uses. They are mainly valued because the tradition of ‘Varese’ style decorative papers has been retained, both in antique patterns, and with more modern patterns suitable for DÉCOUPAGE, SCRAPBOOKING, and PAPER AND CARDBOARD ARTICLES in general, but also for precious, elegant GIFT packaging.
Q: How are made your gift-bags?
A: Our clients have for years been asking us to produce exclusive
handbags with the fine papers from our catalogue for customers who like artistic objects. The result is this ambitious range of various handbags made with art card, strictly opaque and ivorine. An exclusive product made entirely by hand in our usual tradition.
Q: To what are inspired your original greeting cards?
A: The original subjects in this series of multi-purpose

Q: To whom does a bookmark give as gift?
A: When you go back to reading a book it is nice to find a bookmark that shows what page you were up to. It’s then even nicer if the design of the bookmark then also recalls something, someone or some important moment. It is an object bought together with the book or given to a real ‘bookworm’.
Q: What are the Ex libris and what use are they?
A: Important libraries collect books that must not be lost. This is why from ancient times every book was provided with a marker, often decorated with patterns or symbols, glued inside the cover or on the first page to indicate its ownership.
Ex libris, ‘from the books’, or books
belonging to...
Q: Is your artistic writing paper compatible with a printer?
A: There are still those who write letters with their own fountain pen as well as with the computer, and they need nice paper with a matching envelope. If this is an ecological, pure cotton, laid paper, compatible with any printer, with symbolic decorations or watermarks, then it becomes an object, a fine ‘gift-package’.
Q: Does it still use place-cards?
A: The table set for important occasions is more complete with place cards. These are decorated for specific uses, or with a simple gold, blue or red stripe.
Q: Why does it use a lot of your paper for wrapping soaps?
A: In various parts of the world they call it "the paper that breathes." The Tassotti paper in fact, for its peculiarities of a mix with ecological raw material, the opaque natural surface and the impression with unscented and indelible inks, they make it unique for for wrapping natural products that have "to breathe" the external air not to harden and in the same time giving off their perfumed essence.
Q: What are the special characteristics of your notebooks?
A: Elegant, practical, externally covered with decorated paper, the same paper is used for the endpapers with coordinated bookmark. These are the hardcover books proposed by our book-binding, useful not only for writing but also for drawing on blank pages. They are available in 3 sizes A4, A5 and A6.
