‘Online buying and selling contract’ is intended as a distance contract; that is, the legal shop offering moveable goods and/or services formalised between a supplier, Grafiche Tassotti s.r.l., and a customer in the context of a system of distance sale organised by the supplier who uses the distance communication technology denominated ‘Internet’. ‘Client’ is intended as the physical person who buys goods and services for a purpose not directly relating to their professional activity. The conditions of sale, which will remain in effect until they are altered by the supplier, are shown below. Any alterations to the conditions of sale will be effective from the time they are published on the GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. website.
It is necessary to be a legal adult and be accessible by telephone to make an order.
An order can be made by filling in your personal account.

When an order is sent this represents a proposal to buy products chosen on the basis of the current terms and conditions. GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. will be free to accept such a proposal or not.
In any case we will advise of acceptance by the issue of an order confirmation that will be sent via email with effect from the time it is sent. If the order should not be accepted, we will contact you by email or telephone.
GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. will do everything possible to supply the products indicated in the order confirmation unless prevented by act of God. In this case we will contact you to inform you and possibly to propose alternative products. If you should not wish to accept our alternative proposals, we will cancel your order for the goods that we are unable to supply.

The cost of delivery is duly shown in the following pages, which we ask you to read before confirming your purchase; in the case of delivery abroad, you will be responsible for any supplementary costs relating to tariffs or taxes provided for by the laws in force in the country of destination.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
The purchasing contract is completed by exact compilation and agreement to the purchase as demonstrated by the consent given online.
You can pay for the goods ordered using the methods of payment indicated online at the time of purchase. GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. is not responsible for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by others of credit cards, cheques or other means of payment at the time of payment for the goods purchased.

DELIVERY
GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. will arrange to deliver the products selected and ordered by the methods described above, by means of trusted courier and/or shipper. If you are absent at the time of delivery, notice will be left and you will have to personally contact the courier or shipper as soon as possible to arrange the time and method of delivery. You will be responsible for any additional costs due to delayed delivery.
It is possible to buy the products shown in the electronic catalogue in the quantities available in the warehouse. If an order should exceed the quantity available in the warehouse, GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. will advise the buyer as to whether or not that product will be available in future and the expected time of its supply.
GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for disservice due to act of God, such as accident, explosion, fire, strike and/or lock-out, earthquake, flood or other similar event that could entirely or partly impede the order being fulfilled in the times agreed in the contract.
The purchaser agrees, once the online purchasing procedure has been completed, to print and retain these general conditions, which he will have read and accepted in order to fully satisfy the conditions as at articles 3 and 4 of Italian Law 185/1999.
It is strictly forbidden to insert false and/or fictitious information in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for fulfilling this contract and the relative further communication; personal details and email address must be the buyer’s own exclusive personal data and not be invented or those of third persons.
By filling in the relative space on this site you authorise GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. to use your personal credit card or other card issued to replace this, and to debit your account in favour of GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. with the total sum shown as the cost of the online purchase.
Personal details are taken in order to register you and activate the procedure for fulfilling this contract and the necessary relative communications; such data is processed electronically in accordance with current law and may be revealed only on request of the judicial authority or if necessary other bodies authorised by law. Such personal data will be communicated to those appointed to carry out the activities necessary for fulfilling this contract and circulated only in the context of such purpose. You are protected by the rights provided for in article 13 L.675/1996, that is, to ask for confirmation of your personal details held at GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l., to inquire as to their origin, the logic and purpose of their use, to obtain their update, correction and addition, to request their cancellation, to oppose their use for legitimate reasons or in the case of their use for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communications.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to cancel the agreed contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days of the date of receipt of the product. Cancellation must be made in the terms as above, by sending a registered letter with advice of receipt, specifying all the details of the sale: sender, invoice number, order number, to GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. - Viale San Lazzaro 103, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) Italy.
A telegram or fax may be sent within the same term, which must be followed, within 48 hours, by a registered letter with advice of receipt confirming the cancellation.
All the goods purchased, complete, in their original packaging without anything missing, must be returned to the sender-supplier within ten working days. They may be sent together with the registered letter as above. The cost of returning the goods and the means of delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed by GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. in the case of the goods being lost or damaged.
When the goods have been received, GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l. will issue a credit note for the entire sum paid out by you. Such credit note will then be reimbursed after 30 days if you decide not to purchase other goods.
The right to cancel the contract in the above terms may not be exercised if you purchased the goods for uses relating to your professional work or as a commercial retailer and with the issue of an invoice by the supplier. In this case your purchase is regarded as being sold according to ‘retailer’ methods separately and directly agreed with GRAFICHE TASSOTTI s.r.l..
The right to cancel is also excluded in the case of purchasing personalised or specially packaged goods or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned or risk deterioration or rapid alteration.
