"Giambattista Piranesi. Architetto senza tempois the title of the exhibition housed in the renovated rooms of Palazzo Sturm, in Bassano del Grappa (VI), which can be visited until the 19th of October.

On the third centenary of the birth of Piranesi (1720 - 1778), the city has chosen to pay homage to the great genius of the artist of Venetian origins, one of the giants of engraving world, exhibiting his graphic heritage that counts about 570 works.

Some of the subjects are part of the famous Remondini Collection, the same chosen by Grafiche Tassotti for the creation of 4 greeting cards inspired by the exhibition, which are already available at the Sturm bookshop.

The first cards, with Uroboros subject, is particularly significant because it incorporates the engraving concerning the ex-libris made by Piranesi for his library, chosen as the graphic for the exhibition poster; followed by three Views: the pyramid of Caio Cestio, the Sepolcro di Santa Costanza and the Arco di Costantino.

Tassotti cards, designed by the Company – an excellence of the Bassano area - as a support and promotion action for the exhibition (as previously done with the one dedicated to Dürer, just ended), are printed on 200 gr ivory ecological cardboard and have on the back all the useful information for the visitors.
