Tassotti helps the exhibition “Valentina. Una vita con Crepax” to take place in Bassano
Thanks to the shared love for Venice, Tassotti helps the exhibition “Valentina. Una vita con Crepax” to take place in Bassano.
The Museo Civico of Bassano del Grappa (VI) hosts until April 15th the exhibition: "Valentina. A life with Crepax ". An exhibition that traces the life of the famous Italian cartoonist Guido Crepax (Milan, 1933 - 2003) and his most fascinating creature: Valentina, a female icon that has always been synonymous with charm and mystery in the collective imagination.
An event of national resonance, which was made possible thanks to the professional collaboration and the bond of esteem and personal friendship in being between Giorgio Tassotti - founder and president of the homonymous Bassanese company - and the Crepax family, in the persons of Caterina, Antonio and Giacomo Crepax, curators of the exhibition itself.
The exhibition also explores an aspect of Guido Crepax's life: the importance of Venice and the Veneto region as a fundamental element in his formation; an additional feature shared with Tassotti and with the Remondinian tradition that the company continues.
Thanks to Tassotti, once again Bassano had the possibility to be the fulcrum of the art of drawing, of comics and therefore of printed paper.
