Nicole Tassotti, CEO of Grafiche Tassotti, was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 for her exceptional ability to combine tradition and innovation in the luxury paper and stationery sector. Under her leadership, a historic family business has been transformed into a modern, dynamic company with a forward-looking vision, while preserving the elegance, quality, and craftsmanship that form its very essence. She has guided an important corporate repositioning with courage, vision, and skill, making a niche market like decorative paper contemporary and vibrant. Nicole Tassotti is CEO of Grafiche Tassotti, a historic company based in Bassano del Grappa founded by her father Giorgio in 1957. After studying Design and Communication at SPD in Milan, she joined the company in 1993, contributing to the brand’s creative and strategic growth. Today, she leads the family business with passion and vision, combining artisanal tradition, innovation, and sustainability to transform paper into an expression of Italian culture and beauty. Her high-end paper and stationery collections have strengthened the brand’s international presence. As head of communication and digital strategy, she spearheaded the development of the e-commerce platform awarded Kentico Site of the Year in 2022. She also serves as Vice President of Assografici, President of the Small Business Committee of Confindustria Vicenza with a mandate on gender equality, and is a member of the Culture and Tourism Working Group of Confindustria Nazionale.
