Plus que satisfait du service fourni et des différentes communications,surtout lors de l'expédition(Grazie Antonella).Le problème vient de la poste italienne qui ne fourni pas le code international pour les expéditions vers l'Europe,en conséquence on ignore le cheminement et l'arrivée de la marchandise.

Die Posta Italia über Mailand hat zur Verzögerung der Lieferung geführt. Erst nach Urgenz durch die Firma Tassotti zur Posta Italia hat der Versand funktioniert. Die Lieferung hat dann nicht mehr lange gedauert. Die Proukte waren alle in Ordnung und sind wunderschön.
