Ho acquisto un quaderno aspettandomi che avesse determinate misure. In realtà il quaderno è risultato leggermente più piccolo a causa di una descrizione errata del prodotto riportata nell'eshop. Ho segnalato la questione allo staff Tassotti per poter correggere la descrizione innanzitutto. Sono stata inoltre contattata per essere ringraziata e trovare una soluzione. Molto soddisfatta dalla vostra gentilezza, ho tenuto comunque il quaderno e sono contenta di essere stata d'aiuto per voi.

I RESPECT this business. Every thing they do demonstrates integrity of character and its corresponding commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction. From the designs to the printing, packaging, shipping and delivery, these individuals don't just talk the talk - they walk it. I wish I could visit them in person for a guided tour of their processes. Like all the decorative papers I have purchased in the past, my Christmas diary was beautifully reproduced and the text paper doesn't bleed through nor does my writing shadow onto the following page.
