FAI Bassano honors our founder Giorgio Tassotti for 35 years of cultural commitment
FAI – the Italian National Trust for Heritage (Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano) of Bassano has awarded a special commendation to Giorgio Tassotti, founder of our company, in recognition of his 35 years of constant support and active involvement in the life of the local delegation.
Giorgio Tassotti was among the founding members of the FAI Bassano delegation and, since its very beginning, has supported its development with enthusiasm, ideas, and personal commitment, making a significant contribution to the organization of cultural initiatives widely appreciated not only by members, but also by younger generations.
As highlighted in the motivation for the award, his enthusiasm and well-known abilities have helped make the FAI delegation one of the most active and respected cultural organizations in the area. Over the years, our founder has also supported FAI during its most challenging moments, working to ensure the continuity and growth of the delegation, which today counts more than 480 members and is supported by a motivated and active youth group.
Always attentive to the dialogue between business, culture, and local heritage, we have on several occasions opened the doors of our company during FAI special guided visit days, sharing with the public a vision in which tradition, participation, and the promotion of local heritage naturally come together.
A recognition we feel as our own, as it reflects the values that have always guided our work and our bond with the local community.
At the Carteria Tassotti Bassano, a FAI Point in Bassano del Grappa, our doors are always open to those who wish to organize meetings, gatherings, or moments of exchange, because culture grows when places become shared spaces.
